After about 50km of heavy pack hiking in 2 days, the final 1 hour haul up to the \"Nublet\" in BC\'s Assiniboine provincial park took the last bit of energy I had left. After over an hour of trying to find an interesting comp I settled with this, and posted up for sunset. My buddy Steve and I started cursing due to the lack of any sort of light show, so I went up to his tripod area and checked out what he came up with. As we talked I notice some pink starting to form where no clouds were before and told him to \"GET READY!\" I then sprinted with my bum foot back to my still set up camera, and rattled off the best shot of my trip.
Such a sick place and I\'ll definitely be back. Preferably taking the helicopter in and saving my energy next time!
