I had gone back and forth on whether to get the A7 or A7R - I had the R on order and after reading one too many gloom and doom posts I decided that I wanted to A7. I had the R sold before I even received it, but in a twist of fate the camera was DOA. That meant a refund to the buyer and a return process for me. This gave me time to pause, reflect and look at this image thread instead of the dozens of other, mostly speculative threads. I got my head out of my @#$ and decided to go with my original decision. A few samples below, all with contax 35/1.4 Moral of the story for me?… stick to the image threads
