I neither have this lens nor do I want it. However, it is a unique lens for its rendering and I can well understand why it is adored by many. As to conventional portraiture (e.g.,Nextel\'s sample images), perhaps not, but it is ideal, IMO, for environmental portraiture (e.g., Joseph\'s images), as I understand that term. Perhaps this is an over-simplification, but it works for me in my evaluation process.
