Karl, Until Capture One issues an update with the 7D Mark II profile I have to use DPP to convert the files which I only use when a camera is brand new. I still do post conversion work in Photoshop and am still getting by grounding as far as how much sharpening should be applied. The camera definitely does not \"over sharpen\" so any bit of over sharpening was caused by me in post processing. Andy
