Thank you Mathieu Your shot does not looked overbaked as photography is always your personal expression and how you feel how the scene you have experienced. With portrait photography, skin tones keep us honest in part, but with landscapes it is a lot open to how you feel about the scene. I am sure in the US with fall coming the colors are amazing.
For landscapes there are certain lenses that seem to pull color out of nowhere, the likes of ZA 135/1.8, ZE 100MP, ZE 21 just to name a few, as Zeiss seem to give the effect of looking through rose colored glasses whereas Leica lenses were a lot more subtle and less contrast and glow in the older lenses used wide open.
I have not done enough landscape to see where the Z series lenses slot in... yet.
