If they are all bad in the same way, I'd start to question whether your sensor is perfectly aligned. I assume you don't see this similarly with other lenses?
Well Tim, I'll be damned. You've identified my issue. I always assumed my zooms were simply slightly misaligned. I just tested this 35GM on my wife's RIII, and not only are different corners strongest (went from weaker top right to weaker bottom left), but there is also no uneven vignetting. Looks like my sensor alignment is the main culprit. Thank you for the insight. I guess I'll go see what is needed to get that fixed.
