I’m hoping that the new A7C II an R at least have the same EVF as the A6700 which I can tell you from personal experiences is better than the A7C. I currently own both. Have to admit they should have the improved EVF otherwise it’s hard for me to justify upgrading my A7C or even keep it at all.
with the sensor, shutter and ibis module covering double of the area of the a6700 I think it's tough to get the same magnification on the EVF module
