Re: Pre-order the Fujifilm X100VI camera now available!
I read on another site, there are over 480,000 pre orders in China alone. I cant help but think this is an attempt to create a shortage so they can be resold at a higher price. We’ll see if that occurs once the initial supply is sold out.
It”s funny reading comments on photography sites questioning the value purpose of this fixed length APSC lens. I understand “photographers” have needs and desires for full frame, and or the ability to change lenses/ focal,lengths. And I”m sure a lot of “photographers like and enjoy the simplicity of the X100 series, myself included.
On the other hand, the X100 series appeals to those who are not just “photographers” but people who want to take photos with a cool looking camera and use the Fuji film sims. I think Fuji and a lot of others didn’t realize how popular that market segment would become.
