I don't think it's a large enough company to be able to scale up capacity that much, but I would be frustrated as well (I already have a 100V, so no need for this new model).
Fuji has no obligation to the consumer to have its items in stock, but at the same time, the consumer has no obligation to Fuji to stick around either. If the information is not available to consumers regarding when they'll receive their item, they aren't going to wait around forever. Especially because this is basically a luxury good, it's not a necessity for people.
