No, likely the firmware version. BE CAREFUL the ProFoto update to the latest firmware breaks something with the March firmware update in the Connect and the Connect Pro. The trigger does not work with TTL with a Hasselblad camera after the update. I have a ticket open with ProFoto. Their position is that Hasselblad is NOT officially supported. They are going to try to get me a solution to roll back my updated Connect Pro trigger. I also have an email to Hasselblad support to understand their position. So far, their response was disappointing at best. Since Hasselblad advertises compatibility, I view this as their problem.
This is painful to me as I just transitioned my Godox lighting ecosystem to ProFoto because of my purchase of the Hasselblad X2D2. Still works with my Nikons of course.
As an interim solution, I have purchased a Profoto Connect with legacy firmware, (B1), and this works, abeit I lacking any recent updates.
