It does not have Apple Care
I would rate this a 9 since it does have a small dent on the rear (see photos), and some rub marks on some corners where the finish has rubbed off. The computer runs like new.
Battery Condition is Normal
The maximum capacity of the battery is listed as 93%
Screen looks good . . if you look close you can see a line where the screen has closed on the keys (this happens to every MacBook I have owned) The screen looks great when in use.
