That sure is a great passage that you got there. Lower Antelope usually doesn't get it's due because it doesn't get the beams of light, but it's still a special place to go shoot.

Hey Jim,
Thanks. I actually like Lower better than Upper, and I've been a couple of times in both.
There are a few more canyons there, little less known, but I'd recommend them nonetheless. For example, there's a Rattle Snake Canyon or Canyon X, to which I went a couple of weeks ago. Kind of expensive but I was the only one there (plus the tour guide) and I had all the time in the world to take some great shots without anyone "fighting" for the same scene. I'll post one shot from it in a separate thread.

Fabulous shot, Gregg. I agree that Lower is much better than Upper, and Better than Secret Canyon (which is much more expensive). I've never been willing to pay for Canyon X.
Beautiful shot with lovely shades and nuances!
May I ask what lens you used? I am going there in a few months and would rather not change lenses in a dusty canyon, so I want to make the correct choice before hand.

I used Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8 almost exclusively. I occasionally used Zeiss 21mm f/2.8 but mostly in Canyon X, not Antelope Canyon.
