A genre of wildlife photography I enjoy quite a bit is portraits. Not as much as images that show the animals in their habitat, but I rarely turn down an opportunity for a closeup. This may eventually get old, but so far, so good!

Excellent portrait work here Christian... processing is top notch as well.
Exposures are spot-on showing very fine detail and richly saturated color.
Very hard to pick any faves, because they're all that good... excellent work and I really enjoyed the whole set.

Wow Christian, as someone who also enjoys portrait shots I have to say these are super.

No.1 is my pick, closely followed by no.3. However they all have great exposure, sharpness, colour and composition and are a treat to see.
