I think you are trying to make a statement... just can't put my finger on it... will study the shots.. it's a subtle message... has to be in there somewhere.

Tom- Like the others, I got a rueful laugh from this "slightly" modified image .
This is a timely and masterful "picture."
I stopped being a baseball fan when the strike killed the World Series that year, but I still watch the occasional Yankees vs Red Sox games.
All these doping matters make the Pete Rose fiasco seem like nothing. All Pete did was gamble- but NEVER against his team- so he NEVER could have fixed any games. And still they deny him the Hall of Fame.
Baseball's players, owners and commissioners tend to really suck!
Doping is far worse than liking to gamble.
Any player who admits (or is proven) to have used illegal (at the time) drugs should be immediately suspended for life- and all their records completely expunged (no asterisk B.S.)
Then start paying the players as much as we pay nurses, school teachers and firefighters (even though the ball players contribution to society is far less).
That would be a good second step.
Then do the same for all the other sports.
The damage has been done- but surgery still has its place .
