p.1 #1 · Michelle - Baton Rouge Early Morning Session
Michelle is a friend of ours who has assisted us in the past with HS senior female styling and make-up. To show our appreciation, we talked with Michelle about doing an exclusive shoot with her for a couple years and finally got around to making it happen.
In addition to giving her what she wanted, I wanted something different from this session, something we hadn’t tried before. We are working on developing fashion/modeling outdoor sessions as we haven't seen too many photogs in our area offering this. Hopefully, we can get it jump started.
Any CC and help would be greatly appreciated. What I show here are those that she liked.

Pictures are awsome but her expressions are very lacking on most. Lighting seems to a bit hot on a few but that may be my laptop monitor.
Slightly chopped foot #3
Posing on #4 is pretty awkward
The old broken ankle trick on #6
Blue lips might work better if not for the poked out lips/pouting look on all with the blue lips
I like the last three the best. I think #7 gets the nod.
That grass is almost too green.

Nice shots. I think the poses where she is squatting/sitting are more successful, but thats just me. I would clone out the loose string on her shorts in #1

p.1 #5 · Michelle - Baton Rouge Early Morning Session
Yes, I goofed on #3 and cropped part of her foot as I was shooting. My bad.
I agree that posing on #4 is awkward.
I'm not sure I understand the broken ankle trick on #6 but I'd like to.
I asked her to give me attitude on the shots with the teal lipstick. I wasn't really looking for a smile on any of these.
I just saw the string. Didn't notice it before. I'll clone it out.
I shot all except #1 and #2 using a Heliopan Variable ND filter. Used an Einstein 640 in a small softbox on all of these. I do use a small touch of overall saturation in my PP workflow, but remove it from the skin. I think the heliopan and added contrast may increase color saturation a bit, but I am not certain.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Things that detract from these images IMO: foreshortening, distasteful lip color, blown highlights, and poses. Squatting poses are horrendous in my opinion, but hey, shoot what sells.

Really like 1, 3, 6 and 8. It looks like you got the look that you/she were after. All of these are full body shots; some close-ups capturing eyes and expressions might round things out.

Just the way her left ankle looks like it might be about to break.
