The Louvre Museum, Paris. This is the crowd to see the Mona Lisa on a Monday at ~5pm. For me this madness was a much more interesting subject than the painting itself.

Beautiful B&W shots, Joshua. When I go to Europe, my favorite subjects are the narrow streets and old towns, the palaces and cathedrals are interesting to visit but they don't appeal to me like old small towns.

Piotr, if you decide to go the monopod route, both Wimberley and Leofoto and maybe others, too, make a monopod gimbal head that I highly recommend. It makes your life easier using that. I prefer to use my long lens on a tripod with a full fledge gimbal head but at the very least, I am using a monopod plus monopod gimbal head. Tough to be old...
