This was the view from the balcony of our apartment in Nice. The late afternoon light was just beautiful. First image with the 35GM and the second with the Viltrox 14/4.
Monterosso is one of the 5 Cinque Terre in Italy. I had some issues posting images together on the previous page and I couldn't post the full and more characteristic of that fishing village and not immediately recognizable as Monterosso... Here it is then...
I like Freak of Nature and Triple Freak, but the latter is only out once per year and it lasts about a day so I often miss it.
Waynesville/Maggie Valley area is beautiful. Went there several times primarily in the fall back when my in-laws-to-be were trying to get me interested in golf. Luckily, I had my camera. Give West Asheville a try next time you are there. Has its own vibe and some good breweries, bars, and restaurants.

Thank you Steve! The hummingbird season has been very slow in my yard this year. I have seen only two and they don't show up often. I have tons of their favorite flowers blooming right now. I just bought a folding table where I can put my phone, coffee, camera when I shoot in my yard in my folding chair, a very cozy way to photograph wildlife.
Photo not taken with an FE, but of an FE, so does it count?
If you forget to pack your mist filter on a trip to the tropics, don’t worry. Just step from your air conditioned room out into the 90-degree, 1000% humidity environment and you’ll be covered.
