These eye-level shots are only possible on a very windy day as the kite would seek shelter along the hill slope from being blown away. Sharing few shots from last weekend.

Great shots... excellent bokeh and behavioral documentation. I did not know kites swallowed their prey whole. Wonderfully sharp with a 2x.

Outstanding images, Phoo - and fascinating behavioral series. More detail than I ever cared to see in terms of a raptor preparing his meal.

Super work here Phoo, I like the lighting you have here, it's both soft and yet still creates depth. 2 is the best part, you have to eat that first! (seriously, most animals do) Very nice work!
