I love these, Black & White or Colour, I don't really care when they're this good! Sometimes the simplest of compositions make for a wonderful photograph as is the case here...

What a fantastic set of images. I love them all although I'm leaning towards the colour versions - they look surreal.

Awesome set of images Klaus! I really like that last one and would be interested in seeing a color version of it as well. Great work

Andrew, I do have a color version of it. Might have to post it here but think you might be a little disappointed due to the lack of "color"

My god! These are all so incredible. I love the first image so much. The pure clean sand, the single plant, and the sweep of those clouds are just stunning in their minimalism. Really nice work.

Beautiful set Klaus. These have a minimal elegance about them. I prefer the color version for #1 but black and white for #2.

Very inspiring Klaus! #1, 4, 5 are my favorites, fwiw.

Thank you for sharing - others have eloquently described some wonderful features of these images better than I could, but I do want to say that I think that your images do inspire all of us in different ways. Thanks for that! We can all use some inspiration.

Chris, Thanks and happy you have enjoyed them. Sometimes minimalistic images work well. White Sands is just the place for that!

Just magnificient Klaus! All your images here have that strong underlying compositional order that takes control of the eye from any distance..aka structure.
Now that one's eye is caught, the detail within the image keeps my interest. The b/w you picked to convert are excellant. No conflicts in color spectrum when converting that would screw the contrast up. In all you could be 100ft away and all sturcture withing the frame would retain is organization only on a wider expanse. Point being you can defocus your eyes at a wider point and the basic elements/structure remain intact.
Great as always Klaus!
Dan
