I remember Joshua Tree as a teenager in the '60's, especially from Key's View in the middle of the night...

Hey Zeph, I am glad you like it! It must have been awesome in the 60's, I know when I first started going out there as a teenager in the 70's it was so much nicer then it is now. There was nothing like swinging by the grocery store on a Friday after school with a couple friends and grabbing a loaf of bread and hot dogs and then heading out to JT and still having open campsites no matter how late we got there.

Its a single shot, with the moon coming up there was lots of light to work with on the foreground.

What a cool cloud formation Jim! The composition really works to draw the eye into the scene and your processed the dark tones very well. Great work.
