Excellent photos, sad to hear of his passing this is the first I heard of it. "Road Games" was one of my favorite albums, now enjoying the digital version as well.

Nice shots. Sad that AH has gone, but, I have to say his style is not very much too my liking. I don't feel bad about that: AH himself admitted he was not for everyone. He was nevertheless an influence on many guitarists, even if few people really play like him.

Robin - I agree with what you're saying. His playing wasn't always MY cup of tea but I sure respected what he was doing and how he went about it. What I have found, having photographed so many musicians for so many years, that spending the time with them making images of them provides me with more background into who they are as people and that gives me greater appreciation for who they are as musicians.
