On fire with that lens, Ryan. Your many posted shots have quenched my desire for the equivalent Milvus or Otus. Defocus color purity of this 85S is truly impressive, and appears to be equivalent to the Sony 135/1.8 GM (perhaps the best lens ever in this regard).
finally, here, a 2nd sprint
I was able to track (at least one of the kids) a bit closer this time.
although I didn't shoot as many from distance.
I shot the Z6 from Monday through Thursday this week
and the Z7 today.
I am happy with the combo
I know this family has printed quite large in the past, so I went Z7 today, and it was up for the challenge of the kids running.
I'm really happy with both cameras and wouldn't have any other combo right now.
Man the tracking on these cameras is worthless. Can’t shoot anything that isnt standing still.

Uluru - Ayers Rock at sunrise, 6:22am.
Uluru is 348mts (1,142feet) high and is 9.4kms (5.8miles) in circumference. In comparison, the Eiffel Tower is 324mts high. Most of the rock is underground and standing on its end and it is thought that maybe as much as 5kms may be underground!

I can't believe no one walked down to the bluff and setup. Only time I've seen that there is right after rain where it was too muddy to safely walk down below the lookout!
I am glad I kept my Leica R lenses. A bit painful to use with adapter and not exactly lightweight, but the IBIS in Z6 is very good, allowing for easily hand-held shooting.
Great shots love to see some new people here as well, especially adapting Sony glass. Here’s one from the bottom under 15 mm. this was an M version this time.
