In 1944, as the war front moved through the Tuscan Valtiberina, an ally captain, Anthony Clarke, received orders to bomb the city of Sansepolcro, but he didn't. Why? An old essay he'd read years before came to mind: the city holds a masterpiece of world art! Aldous Huxley wrote that "the greatest painting in the world" is in Sansepolcro: Piero della Francesca's Resurrection.

Caught the supermoon just after it rose during sunset. Tehcnically it's officially full tomorrow (with perigee at 8AM tomorrow morning), but close enough. Z30 with Z 180-600:
Nice midday portraits Ryan. One nice thing about midday in the shade is that colors are more "natural" than golden light, though I'm just a stricken with golden light as the next person.
Beautiful supermoon capture Jordan. I love the golden hour clouds setting.
This shot with the "quietly doing my job" Tamron 70-300Z that does not get much attention.
