I put a challenge to myself. Took 4 different cameras each with 1 lens with a FOV of 45-50mm. The plan start with 1 camera shoot 7 different subjects, each subject could be shot from various angles then move onto the next camera and 7 new subjects. Lots of walking. The GFX 100II with Coastal Optics 60mm lens was the 3rd camera used.
The M8, M9M and R5 pictures will be posted on their appropriate thread.

The colours in this image I posted a few days ago bothered me, so I finally decided to try Cobalt profiles. The change is subtle, but I prefer the Cobalt version; hopefully the difference is still noticeable after converting to sRGB and compressing for the web:

I like #1 Cliff. More saturation to pop the image. I do like each for different reasons. Is that the Whistler area in the bg?
I was in Vancouver 5 times while working and I loved it!
Beautiful compositions.

Thanks, Dan
Directly behind the lighthouse are Cypress Mountain and Grouse Mountain. Whistler is off to the north (left in the image) and a fair ways inland - not visible from here.

GFX100II with Leica S 180 APO
Beautiful work from a unique perspective of Half Dome, Michael. I haven't seen the Leica S 180 on GFX featured much, curious how you feel it compares to the GF 110 or 250 as it sits nicely between the two. From your example, it is spectacular. Thanks for sharing!

Kipon saved my Leica S lenses collection. The shooting envelope of long glasses on native S camera is very narrow. This limited their usage for me unless I log the tripod with me. S glasses are the best set of glass IMHO for "my preference": Fuji 55/80 110 maybe good too. I didnt put enough effort to dig those info. But for me, a real focus ring is a big plus for my shooting. For the way I use GFX, I don't need AF much TBH. For S glasses, it is not only about sharpness which they are, but mainly not rely on any optical SW help to achieve very stable rendering to corner. To me, this is underrated characteristic to achieve relaxed whole frame look. TBH, I cant even pick a favorite out of S glasses as they are all similar and offer peak rendering for their respective focal length.

GFX100II is almost click all the box for me, functional meet all my requirement, great build, great Viewfinder (Might be the best one I ever used by a wide margin), great file quality. and I also utilize its JPEG engine for family shots adapt Nikone 58G, leica 80lux, and contax 645 80mm, M 50lux can be used at 6X7 or 1X1 as poorman's hasselblad 500. IBIS, EVF, all way tilt LCD, adapt ability and anything 1:1 to 3X4 format give me almost extra 1 stop of DOF are all welcome features make this a great fit for me.
I hope they can make it lighter for next generation. Here are a few adapted 35mm glasses images:

I watched Marc Adesso's YouTube video on the Kipon adapter. He gave it a good review but mentioned that Kipon flange distance is shorter than it should be and thus the final focal length of the S lens for example 100mm he estimates when attached to the GFX photographs at about 110mm.
I noticed than Kipon has had the adapter on sale since December at $685.
I don't have any S lenses but for a longtime I desired an S3 system but opted for the GFX once the S3 system was abandoned.

zhangyue, are you adding noise in PP to replicate film? I am a bit perplexed, as I have been shooting the GFX100S II for over a year and never experienced this level of noise - even at the highest ISO's. Thanks.
p.87 #20 · Fuji GFX Image Thread - all cameras and lenses
Yes, actually I add a lot of noise in those images. 65/20-30/50-60 in noise slider. I don’t do that often but just read a few photography book and get inspired to simulate the look.
