I ordered one as well. I have the TTA 27mm pancake which I like, but will be selling that when the X-E5 and 23mm pancake arrive. The TTA 14mm slots perfectly between the XF 8mm and the new pancake.
I received my lens this past Thursday. I’ve only had a brief opportunity to use it due to family commitments. First impressions are very positive. Same size as XF 18/2 or TTArtisans 27mm as expected. Build quality is excellent and too thin lens cap just like the 27mm.
I've used mine on a photowalk yesterday. I'm pretty impressed. Its sharp across the frame wide open, except in the extreme corners. I didn't notice vignetting that some reviewers complained about. AF seems OK, but does miss at times. It's fast enough but nothing super fast. Fuji's 14mm f2.8 is definitely better, but at a big size and cost increase.

I've shot mine around the yard and at dusk on the X-T5. I have seen some very minor vignetting on bright images but stopped down, little to none. It's certainly acceptable to me given the cost and size. I expect my EDC will be the X-E5 with the new 23mm and this 14mm. If I want to extra options, I'll add the XF 8mm and XC 35mm. Should be fun!
Still waiting for mine, the Viltrox AF 13MM F1.4 is too big and heavy on my X-E3, this small 14mm should be a good match, and a good step wider than my XF 16/2.8.
I just ordered one of these, I’ve had the 14/2.8 for years but it’s my only clutch lens. It’s great when I zone focus but other than that it’s an oddball in my bag. I’m hoping the TTA is good enough for my needs, if it is the 14/2.8 will get sold off. I need to pay for that new X-E5 somehow, and I only have so many kidneys.

One little potential downside to that mechanism — it has stung me a coupe of times — is that you can accidentally move the lens barrel or forgot that you put it in the manual focus position, and then fire off a few shots forgetting that you are in manual mode… even though the camera’s focus mode is S or C.
Imagine you are out shooting street with some other lens — maybe the 27mm f/2.8, a 23mm, or the 35mm, all of which have you select AF/MF from the camera body switch. Let’s say that the last time you used the 14mm you had moveyou d the barrel to the manual position or that you accidentally moved it while handling the lens. You slap it on the body, assume you are still in AF mode as you were with the previous lens…
The Sigma 12mm/1.4 is supposed to be coming in two weeks, at least the announcement. APSC at 12mm is a focal length I want. I've tried the Samyang 12mm, Viltrox 13mm, but still prefer the look of the Fuji 10-24 at 12mm. High hopes for the Sigma.

eager for you to get your Sigma 12/1.4 and give us a report...
I was able to get out for a more extended shoot with the 14mm. After looking at the images and having a friend also review, I've decide to return it. The lens is just not sharp enough for my liking. I'm disappointed as the build and form factor are great.
I'm looking for a small prime to slot between my XF 8mm and the new 23mm pancake. I might look at the new Viltrox 15mm Air.
