My mother was born in Italy. Her name was Stella@"star". She taught all her children how to cook. Especially us boys(3). Me being the oldest, I started learning very early in my life. Wednesday was always pasta night for my whole life while at home.

My mother was an amazing cook chad! She taught us boys, from a very early age, to be cooks also. Her "gravy" aka sauce, was a 2 day preparation. The key to the magnificent flavor was a "bone in pork chop".
