Great captures. The pair who won gold had a scary moment towards the end of their routine when he accidenly tripped his partner and made her fall. Their routine was out of the world.
If you are attending in person then keep it coming mate..

I'd like to know how you did the first shot. Very nice and compared to most images of these sports it stands out.
Thanks
Here the steps:
- zoomed back to have more room
- shot the sequence at 30fps
- process the raws with the same settings
- in PS use photomerge with align layer but NO blending
- in this case drop every second layer (15 fps would have been enough but better to have more and drop)
- on the first layer use select subject and create mask, this will show just both skaters
- on all the other layers use select subject and create mask, paint out of the mask to exclude the male skater
- make sure that the layers are ordered with the first frame at the bottom and so on so the female skater is always in front of herself
- paint back on the mask the ice and make sure to paint back the shadow of the skaters
- crop
The first image is a really nice illustration, I have not seen this kind of a multi-exposure (post?) image and have always felt it is difficult to photograph throw jumps well, as no single moment really captures what is happening. Very very nice. I will definitely have to try this technique. :-)
Thanks @action99 for the info. I don't know if this will work in hockey or football but it might be worth a try. Certainly did work for figure skating!
