Thank you so much! I shot everything with my D4s and an older 400 2.8G. I handheld all day and holy moly were my arms and shoulders sore the next day. 😁

* Second is your strongest shot but masking need some work. Some spots showing.
* Unlesss you are die hard fan of Jard Polin i would crop the images to make it more compelling.

Thank you very much especially for the CC. I'm not sure how I originally missed that triangular spot in the masking. I had actually added it in a while back. I'm actually very new to using masks and I'm still learning. I have no problem with cropping. I think it's important and that's always the first thing I look at and then I go from there. Sometimes I'm limited a bit in that respect by only starting with 16MP. And wow, I had no idea there was an Aviation sub here! I'm heading there now thank you!

There's an aviation sub-forum here on FM? How do I find that? I'm not seeing it. Certainly there have to be some aviation photogs that hang around here that go to Airventure in OSH every year. Would be nice to find out how they are.
Nice captures! I like the overcast. IMO, it's better than harsh afternoon sun with a boring all-blue sky, which is what I normally get when shooting the Blues or T-birds.
For Joe & Scott, the long aviation thread with excellent photos by Douglas L is in the "City, Street & Architecture" forum. It's the thread called "Mustang air-to-air: The Sequel." Hopefully the link below works.

Great photos, this is a good reminder for myself that the Blue Angels always come to the Boeing airshow during the early Seattle summer where they fly near downtown and over Lake Washington and I-90. Going to need to research some serious zoom lenses to capture anything good...
