This listing is for a "full set" Nikon S3 Olympic Edition, with the Olympic 5cm f/1.4 lens and all the accessories.
The S3 "Olympic" was released in conjunction with the 1964 Olympics in Tokyo. There were only 2,000 of these made, making it rarer than the 10,000 total S3 "Reissue" models released in the year 2000.
The S3 Olympic came in black paint over brass, and was sold as a set with an updated 50mm f/1.4 lens, a lens hood, lens cap, and leather Ever-Ready case. As you can see this set also includes an original Nikon lens filter.
The camera is in working condition and I've run a full roll through it with excellent results (included below). Cosmetically it's in superb condition with almost fully intact paint and the earliest bit of lovely brassing in some corners.
Excellent chance to get a historic item that still works beautifully. The 1:1 finder makes shooting 50mm a joy, and the long, precise focus throw on the 5cm lens along with the fine control you get from the top-mounted focusing dial lets you nicely dial in the focus.

How’s the rangefinder patch and double image?
Not as good as a Leica but still quite good considering its age. When you combine that with the long focus throw and 1:1 viewfinder I would say it's just as straightforward to compose and focus as my MP.
