Some of these were taken with @_jim_@'s LLL 50 2.0 Elcan, others with a 35 1.4 Nokton Classic SC V2. I used a #15 yellow filter on both lenses. M4-2, HP-5, Adox Syrup 110 Dilution E

I really like the tones you're getting here.
Thanks! The first batch from the M4 needed a little digital help because I think the shutter was dragging a bit. Nothing major, just gave the linear line a nudge. The ones from the M4-2 were NLP Linear Gamma with no other adjustments.
Kinda wish the dog was in focus as well, but still, lovely portrait!
I reckon she likes it very much (do you give prints to the people you photograph)?
Emily again. I don’t particularly like this image. It was in midday sun unfortunately and I wish she had some emotion or it felt less posed.

Your metering skills keep improving. Of course, the film you're working with isn't bulk loaded Kentmere.
Hah thanks, I have to get something right, I save the messing up for every other part of the shot

Motorcycle mechanic? Lovely north facing-like light in this one.
She repairs and builds motorcycles and is also a country singer.

Yeah I used some front tilt to get the dog in focus. Once I focused, I kept my eyes on Emily to be sure she didn't move...looks like I should've been watching the dog instead. Good thing I got the metering right. . I plan to stop down the lens more next time.

@Desmolicious@ out of interest - how many rolls of film do you shoot per year? Seems like quite a lot 🙂
And do you develop (and scan) it all yourself, at home??
A few a week… dev B&W myself using Cinestill DF96 Monobath. Color goes to my local shop/ lab - I’m friends w Jeff who runs the lab and he actually picks up my film from me Friday nights because he goes to a pizza joint down the street from me!
So I only need to go pick it up the next day.
Everything I scan myself using a Nikon z7 w 60mm G. Negativelabpro does the conversion.
