New member @Cloud75 expressed an interest in not only seeing but having a chance to handle some Leica M cameras. @_jim_ made the arrangements and @nehemiahphoto joined us.
It was fun. There was a M4, M5 and a M7 plus a bunch of lenses.
Here's a few from my new to me fifty year old Leica M4 50th Anniversary. The old lubricants were pretty well dried out at the camera is currently at DAG.
Playground Equipment, NW Portland
Metallic Sculpture, NW Portland
Bird Feeder, NW Portland
Street Art, NW Portland
Thompson Elk, SW Main Street
All were taken with a Voigtlander 35 1.4 Nokton Classic SC V2, #15 yellow filter. The film was HP-5 developed in Adox Syrup 110 Dilution E.
Some of these were taken with @_jim_'s LLL 50 2.0 Elcan, others with a 35 1.4 Nokton Classic SC V2. I used a #15 yellow filter on both lenses. M4-2, HP-5, Adox Syrup 110 Dilution E
Old Multnomah Post Office, soon to be an indoor pickleball court so the windows are covered now
Buick Skylark
Ground Cover
Signal Gasoline, two stops under exposed
Signal Gasoline, when I remember to set the camera to match the meter
