I came across this interesting Persian man coming out of his small ancient wooden door in a back alley of Venice last weekend. The perfect light and a great subject for that kind of special location.
A colorful canal in Venice shot late in the blue hour. ISO 12500 hand held on my M11 with the 35mm Summilux. In the past I might have rejected this image. But for this image I even added some grain.

This image was also shot early morning on San Servolo Island in Venice earlier this week. It is a basically full frame so composition was successful. I like it plain but my Wife wanted it for a particular purpose and asked for a red rose. Full disclosure I added it in PS.
Maybe I should have just posted the real image. But what the h*ll it is just for fun. Don't kill me, I ratted myself out at least.
Walked around a lively Duval street (in Key West) and others last night with the Q3M. Its perfect for night photos. All of these images ranged from a minimum of ISO 25000 and above. I didn’t bother denoising because I like the filmic grit (unlike unattractive noise in high ISO images from the Q3).
