I struggle on land getting in focus shots with a macro lens. I can't even imagine trying it underwater Great stuff !

Snowdrops are profound symbols of hope, purity, rebirth, and resilience. The are famously known for being the first flowers to bloom through winter snow, signalling the end of cold, dark days.
They represent consolation, friendship, and new beginnings.
With the increasing chaos in the world today, let us hope such new beginnings will start soon.
My main camera has gone back east for repairs, so I am using my old backup body.
The ring-necked duck (Aythya collaris) is named for a faint, chestnut-colored ring around the base of the black neck on breeding males, which is often difficult to see in the field. They are commonly known as "Ringbills" due to the distinct white band on their blue-gray bills, a more prominent feature than the neck ring.
