New to me Viltrox 13mm f1.4 lens. It's pretty great optically and not overly large. I never really expected much from a 13mm lens at f1.4, but hey, you never know when it might come in handy I'm recovering today from eye surgery, so hopefully can get out and shoot more with it this weekend. Just a simple grab at f1.4 for fun.
Did you feel like this lens needs a little more post processing than a native Fuji lens? I have the Viltrox 13/1.4 and find it a little lacking in contrast and saturation without a boost in PP. Also find it doesn't handle flare very well. But super sharp in details.

Have not shot it yet for flare. But yes, did add an extra 2 points of saturation compared to a native Fuji file. But everything else was as shot.

Looking forward to seeing your shots with the XF 500.
Me too... it's supposedly been en route from Mississauga to London, Ontario via Purolator for more than 10 days now. That's normally less than a two-hour drive...
Creative blur has long been a faverate of mine. I usually do this at the end of the day. this image was taken after the sun had sunk below the hill on the west side of Oakland Lake here in New York City.
I could have done that for you in two hrs😁
Purolator’s business model needs some shaking up- I waited for 10 days for a package within GTA- it sat in Brampton for over 5 days with no trace.

I let my daughter play with the camera around our Airbnb and other than some unflattering shots of me with my belly sticking out she seems to be a fan of bokeh balls.

I don't know if the issue is with Purolator or with Fuji Canada - but I decided to cancel the order for the XF 500 until both parties get their act together. Maybe I should just save some money and get another Nikon 500mm PF and a Fringer adapter...
Some are cross posted to the Winter thread. Wasn't paying attention to my settings and these had some grain setting on that I wasn't aware of and wasn't in my default jpg+Raw.
