Great photos! They must have be getting really comfortable with you if you can catch them at 260mm!
Nice shot. The close focus capability of this lens is the reason I keep it. I was very excited to book tickets to Costa Rica and hopefully shoot some frogs with the lens, but COVID cases are spiking down there right now. May have to cancel and shoot flowers here in the US.

Been CO residents for 2 years and finally made our first trip out to Great Sand Dunes NP. Came home and looked through the images from the weekend, and as is often the case, my favorites were with this lens, atmospheric haze notwithstanding.
