This year? Always! Actually I'm getting pretty happy with my kit but that's usually temporary so we'll see...
Z 35, 50 & 85, 16-50 Pancake for Fun.
F IRIX 15/2.4, 18-35G, 50SE, 80-200/2.8, 300/4. I sold the 70-300 AF-P, but might get another, makes a nice zoom kit with the 18-35 and the 50/1.8.
IRIX 15mm from this morning. Diffraction spike shows again, I'm thinking it's from the shutter, need to spend more time checking on that...

NICE, I'm simple. give me a block of MOZZARELLA.
You are really experimenting with glass this year!
Great shots Mathieu18 !
I just got my hands on the 85mm 1.8 s as well. I love it. Coming from a Sigma 85mm 1.4 EX DG HSM (non Art), there is a big difference. Sure I miss the f/1.4, but more in a theoretical way, rather than practical, as I used that lens mostly at f/2. The Nikon is better wide open than that Sigma at f/2, at least for my taste.
Here are some shots from yesterday. All at f/1.8, except the one with fir branches which is f/3.2
Excellent shots! George, it's kinda a must have in the Z system... Sorry to do it to you but you won't be upset (unless you hate 85mm, but then you wouldn't have posted!)

I am going to shoot some with my 85mm/1.4 AIS this week while I have time off. I really haven't given it a fair trial on my Z6 yet. Autofocus is not important as much as stabilization is. But I think I already know what the verdict will be

Hey Phil, that Z50 looks like it has some excellent IQ. Great series of shots!
Thank you very much, Lance. I have been quite happy with the diminutive Z50 thus far. Combined with either the 300PF or 500PF, it's ridiculously light & nimble.
