Sometimes its better to be lucky than good. I was sitting down on the bank of a creek slowly inching on my butt forward a little at a time. There was some Least and Spotted Sandpipers in front of me on the shore, small brown birds that are hard to get close to and photograph. A guy on a kayak was further down the creek fishing and he started moving towards me. He flushed a Long-billed Curlew that landed right in front of me. 600GMf4 would be better for those small birds and even with the 1.4x though, but yeah still stuck between rock and hard place.

Some are with the A1ii - if the image filename starts with DG1 it's an A1ii image and if it starts with DGB it's an A9iii image.
