p.4 #5 · R.I.P. Guy Mancuso - one of the good ones
He’ll be missed as so many others have attested. I always enjoyed his shared insights about being a working pro for 50+ years. There are very few places I frequent online that I feel like I actually know a few of the denizens. FM is one of them and Guy was a big part of that. Prayers for his family.

I'm so sorry to read this news. I think we were all hopeful that he would win the fight and that his situation (for him and his family) would improve. My condolences to the family, who certainly have a lot to process and who will one day—hopefully soon—be able to look back on all the wonderful moments with Guy and be happy that they were able to experience them with him.

Sad news indeed, Guy was a big character in the forums.
I remember the days when he was adapting Contax Zeiss lenses for Canon DSLR's
I hope choppy (fixed hood chopped voigtlander 15) lives on forever.
RIP Guy

Guy was bold, upfront, spared no words. Even if one didn't agree with him or see it his way, you could still appreciate the verve and passion he brought to well, damned near every post. He was one of the instrumental characters at GetDPI.com some years ago. When he migrated here it was like an outspoken Norm from Cheers had chosen this particular bar. 😃
68 is too young, with modern healthcare. He spoke of the things he wished to do yet.
Carpe diem, friends.
Rest in peace, Guy.
To his family: I saw the clasping photo, I too have lived it. Cherish what you had, live for the next generation.
