My first time trying night sky with the OM1 2.
After a long summer of Canadian smoke, Lake Michigan summer scud, clouds or full moons, I finally had all the stars align, and a media ignored Aurora show to top it off. I was one of two photographers on the beach, rather than crowds of people sitting in chairs, starring at their phones and asking anyone with a tripod, "Hey, what time do the lights come out?"
Coming from a FF R5, I'm not disappointed with its performance. In fact, this camera is amazing.

Fantastic shot ! You were in a great spot. really nice composition.

Nope. I sent it back. Lens Rental wanted $2300 for it and that was after my $180 rental deducted. I don't think now is the time to be buying camera equipment. It seems used prices have gone up across the board. I'm not in any hurry so I'm just gonna keep an eye on things.
