As someone who received his copy from Adorama today, it could be possible they aren't lying but they also aren't being forthcoming either. Would Sony drop ship from Adorama for early preorders for example? I will say my Adorama shipment came in Adorama shipping packaging. I guess if they had an arrangement with Sony for shipping with custom packaging...

I have decided that if you have an 85 1.4 GM, you really don't need this lens unless
1. you must have a longer prime
2. you must have a portrait prime that is sharper than the 85 GM, you don't like sigma, and the 85 FE is too "cheap" for you to consider it
3. you do both portrait and sport, the 135 is very well sorted for both, while the 85 GM would hunt too much to be a proper sport glass
4. you have money to burn and want all the glasses
reason being, the 85 is an easier to live with FL
and the bokeh with the 85 is more pleasing b/c let's face it, we are all whores for 1.4

Very cute. I actually rely more on the 135. I love folks posting images. I don’t care where they go. I’m just happy to see people enjoy all of this. Btw I have had several members trying to help out. Love you folks it’s why I’m here is the friendship. I’m not going to bitch and moan been doing this way to long and shit happens.
