What is only partially seen in this shot and one of the things that I like the most about it is that the folks on the left of the frame are reading their books, the ones on the right are on their phones. That tells a story in itself. All while sitting along the Thames River in front of Tower Bridge as if it isn't even there.
My GAS wants me to find a better 28mm out there, but this isn't a bad little cheap lens. Some of these images a reminder to me to work on the art and worry about the lens less. Wished it was weather sealed though.

Any interest left for this little 28 or have most moved on?
The Z28mm never seemed to get much interest, despite being a solid lens. It remains one of my favorites in the Z system, although I still want a f/1.8 or faster 28 from Nikon...
I love mine. I just haven't been shooting much digitally as of late. Shooting more film cameras and lenses. I'll keep this lens for sure though as it is a great travel lens. Keep posting your shots with it.
Here's one from Leakey's Books, Inverness Scotland from this fall.

Yes, I got it to have a small native wide Z, and for the price I took this over the 26mm. I'd buy a "muffin" 24 f2.0 in a heartbeat, even if the performance dropped back to the F-mount 24mm f1.8 days vs the current Z f1.8 series. I found the F-mounts good enough, and there are times I like a smallish but fast prime.

I’m digging this light little lens on the Z8, the combo feels great in hand for walkarounds such as last night at Disney Springs. Plenty sharp enough for me wide open, great colors.
