So it should be clear that these two optics are definitely on the same level. Of course it's always possible that someone gets a subpar copy of the Tamron and an excellent copy of the Sony and then says that the Tamron gets eaten for breakfast by the Sony (or the other way around)...

Pictures posted here have a lower quality/resolution than the full resolution pictures on our computers, with viewers that sometimes add some sharpening.

Here in Northern Germany autumn also is starting. With fog in the Harz mountains you can get some moody pics.

That is beautiful! I love shooting in fog but don’t get to very often.

Shot at 400mm. I liked the graphicness of the bare trees added to the bold colors.

Some people think: "Do I need 400mm? Most probably not, 200mm is plenty enough." But when you have 400mm, you will use it and you will love it!
