Look like a great setup. Do you record video to the Atmos Ninja or just use it for the screen?
I do both with it, but it will only record up to 4k 60fps due to the limitations of the camera output. So basically I use it as a screen especially when doing photo and video at 120fps.

This year we have had the most cottontails we have seen I the yard since we lived here. So I grabbed some footage during the morning while they did their thing. I used the R1 + 100-300mm with the 2x.

Lovely footage, Rob.... clean, sharp, great details and colours, and wonderful sound quality. Was the zoomed footage done with the RF100-300 or in post?

WOW, very nice. Loved the catch of that kingfisher beak to beak.

This is a video I posted on Youtube over 2 years ago which did fairly poorly (529 views).
So after doing some research this week, today I made some key revisions to the content plus I did a bunch of Youtube algorithm specific stuff like change the title, change the name of the actual .mov file to match the title, change the thumbnail, added keywords provided by ChatGBT, had ChatGBT write a new and keyword-rich description, avoided a few major faux pas and finally uploaded it to my channel. I'll let you know if it made any difference.

Your videos always look great, so thanks for sharing your setup. Would you mind also sharing your in-camera video settings (recording format, compression method, image quality, AF settings, etc.)? Also, you mentioned in another post that you sometimes use crop mode, so could you describe when and why you use it?

Hi vbnut, is your question addressed to me? I can't see any linkage to any of my posts so I'm not sure who you're addressing? Sorry if I'm missing something.
Thanks,
Rudy

Lovely video, Rudy!
It will be interesting to see what your results are in this experiment.

Started shooting and editing wildlife videos recently since I wanted something different to try. Based on comments here, I've been learning Davinci Resolve. Here's my most recent video, 6th?, taken and edited last week.
A colony of Mexican Free-tail bats under a freeway overpass swarm each night and take to the sky in long waves. Predators feed on them each night. I was originally going to photograph them but I ended up switching to video mode after I saw them fly. A bit shaky as I only own a regular ballhead on the tripod. Hwy I-80 near Sacramento California.
Canon R6, EF 100-400 w/1.4X converter, 60fps.

Good effort for one of your first ones, Mike. Unfortunately, none of it was in focus.
I don't know what you gear is, but regardless the first item on your skills acquisition list should be getting some in focus footage no matter how short. It's the same for all of us when we first start. Good luck.
