I originally just answered with the number, but then I saw all the listings and felt like I was missing out on all the fun.
Got 7 right now but am starting to downsize my gear since I don't have much times these days, as most are just for street and travel. Will likely sell the 50 GM and the 20-70 G since I got the 24-50 G.

Some time ago, I realized that having too many lenses was detrimental to my photography. So, I pared them down to 4 (four). The lenses for street and architectural photography are a 15mm F4.5, 35mm Summilux FLE F1.4, 50mm Noctilux 0.95, and 50mm Summitar F1.5 from 1953. I usually carry the 35mm and 15mm with the M11. All max 1 kg.
I also find having too many lenses is detrimental for me. I currently own four:
- FE 35mm 1.8 (most used)
- Nokton 40mm 1.2 (second most used, could also live without it but I cannot let it go)
- Sigma 17mm f4
- Sigma 90mm 2.8
